Day one

I'm pleased to report school is going fairly swimmingly for these kids of ours. With the exception of a few (or, well, a number of) time-outs for Livvy in the first few weeks of playschool (listening is a bit of a problem for her - this is not news to us) they are both happy, and on the first day, I made it out of each of their classrooms relatively tear-free. (There was the inevitable sobbing in the car afterward, but at least I didn't lose my chickens in front of them.)
